Our work together begins with a thorough initial consultation, where I take the time to understand your goals, your eating habits and your daily routines. This allows me to offer counselling that is truly tailored to you.
During our first session (anamnesis), we will discuss your health background, any current concerns and possible intolerances or dietary challenges. Keeping a food diary at the start can be very helpful, as it provides both of us with a clear and detailed picture of your current eating patterns, including meals, snacks and drinks.
Based on this information, I will carefully analyse your nutritional intake. I look for eating behaviours, potential nutrient gaps and any connections to symptoms you may be experiencing. From there, we create practical and realistic steps together, such as targeted dietary adjustments, structured meal planning, guidance on portion sizes or the considered use of supplements if needed.
